Come away for a three night’s stay at the luxurious Old Monterey Inn and journey with Celebrity Chef Jacques Wilson of the legendary Sardine Factory on a ‘behind the scenes” tour of a local abalone farm, fish market and a mushroom plant selecting the freshest ingredients for one of his signature 5-course Monterey Italian Feasts. In the kitchen you will learn techniques from this master as you work together to prepare your meal. End this wonderful day enjoying the fruits of your labors paired with local Monterey wines.
The following day, join us for a special wine blending class and barrel tasting at the Parsonage Village Winery. Take home a bottle of wine and wonderful memories from this hands-on workshop where you’ll create it, blend it, bottle it and cork it! We’ll have a wonderful barrel tasting followed by a buffet luncheon served on the terrace of the home of this world famous artisan wine maker.
