When calling, please briefly state the purpose of your call so phone staff can direct your call to the most appropriate staff member. If staff members are away from their desks or on the phone, you will be directed automatically to the appropriate voice mailbox where you can leave a message. We make a sincere effort to return all telephone calls within a 24-hour period during working hours.

      Please Note:
    • When leaving a voicemail message, please speak slowly and clearly; include your name and WSU ID number, day and time you called, your return phone number with area code—and the time you can be reached there, and a brief statement about the purpose of your call.
    • If you are not available for us to call during our normal business hours (8:00 am to 5:00 pm PT), please leave an e-mail address.
    • Inquiries from international numbers are answered only via e-mail.

General Information WSU's distance learning degree and course options are offered through Distance Degree Programs (DDP), a division of the Center for Distance and Professional Education (CDPE), located in Van Doren Hall on the WSU Pullman campus. Students register through DDP for all courses offered outside WSU’s four campuses (Pullman, Spokane, Tri-Cities, and Vancouver).

Professional education programs and services, including conference/workshop support and customized learning solutions, are offered through Professional Education, also a division of the Center for Distance and Professional Education.
